Each unit is carpeted throughout, with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath. On site laundry is available and we do allow pets at several complexes. We allow 1 small dog or cat, up to 25 lbs. full-grown.

There is a $400 non refundable pet fee and there is $30 per month added to the monthly rent. Six (6) month or one (1) year leases are available immediately. There is a $30 credit check/application fee per adult tenant. Tenant will be required to pay various utilities. Upon approval, tenant will pay security deposit (same amount as rent) and first month’s rent to move in.
